How can i pay for my order?

We accept payment via major credit cards such as mastercard, visa, and american express.

Do I need to register to buy online?

No, you can check out as a guest. The option to sign up for an account allows you to keep a track of your orders placed with us.

How long will take for me to receive an out of stock item?

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we have less staff and therefore order processing may take 3-5 days but once dispatched, it takes 2-3 days for the order to get delivered.

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, we use stripe.

Stripe has a dedicated and purpose built development and data centre, designed for payment processing. Stripe has invested and continue to invest in state of the art, bank grade security and infrastructure and they are fully certified as visa ais and mastercard sdp (pci dss) compliant at processor level. All sensitive information is encrypted with the 3des protocol, using financial hardware security modules.

What size should i buy?

If this is the first time you have bought one of our products have a look at our sizing charts, which can be found on the page for the individual product, next to the available sizes. The fit of clothes does vary slightly, depending on how the garment is cut, which fabric is utilised and how the garment is styled. 

 How do I find my product?

You can search for the product you’re looking for in the search bar at the top of the page, or try to find it using the relevant website categories. Once you have a selection of products on the page, you can refine your selection by using features such as “sort by” to select based on price, or alternatively use the filters on the left hand side of the page to select your favourite brand, your size, or colour.
